About this organization
A significant part of being an Affirming Ministry is being a supportive advocate of the LGBTQ+ community. We both offer support to LGBTQ+ people and advocate for them.
Each year we walk in the Edmonton Pride Parade, offering a visible sign of support to a community that for too long have experienced animosity from the church. We offer support to St. Albert Pride, whether donating space for fundraising initiatives or offering volunteer help for the BBQ in Lions Park.
