About this service
Meals on Wheels is a non-profit service provided to the elderly or individuals who are facing difficulties with the purchasing and/or preparation of food due to illness, recent hospitalization or inadequate facilities. Arrangements can be made by telephone and delivery can be started immediately. Meals consisting of a nutritionally balanced entre, soup, salad and dessert are delivered hot to your door at lunchtime by volunteer drivers. This service is provided Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays and some special diets are available.
