About this service
A large part of what we do here at the Circle involves senior outreach. The Outreach Department is made up of a team of Coordinators, trained volunteers and associated workers who assist older adults in maintaining their independence and quality of life.
Aphasia: For those experiencing trouble speaking after a stroke meets every 1st and 4th Tuesday from 2:30PM until 3:30PM.
Post Stroke Wellness: For stroke survivors, meets on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 1:00PM.
Kidney Foundation Support Group: Join us at the Golden Circle for supportive and informational sessions about kidney disease. Family members, spouses, care-givers, and friends are all welcome to attend.
CNIB Support Group: For the visually impaired meets the 4th Tuesday of every month at 1:30pm.
Asperger Support Group.
People living with Aspergers meet the first Thursday of the month, at 7:00PM.
Family members supporting people with Aspergers meet the third Thursday, at 7:00PM.
