About this service
Conquer your Anxiety and Worries is an online 6-week program that focuses on enhancing skills, gaining practical tools and increasing knowledge for tweens (age 9-12) who experience anxiety and their caregiver. The first hour of the program will have the caregiver and child learning strategies together. The remaining 30 minutes will be for caregivers to increase knowledge and understanding regarding anxiety, gain support and communicate about successes and struggles in supporting their tween.
