About this service
English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction has always been an important part of C.A.R.E.. We offer courses for beginner to intermediate levels of English during the day time and evening. C.A.R.E. provides CIC funded Language Instruction to Newcomers to Canada (LINC) during the day and English as a Second Language (ESL) in the evening.
Language Assessment English gives language assessment using the Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) tools, and provides referral to LINC language classes or other appropriate programs in the Central Alberta community.
