About this organization

Camp Kasota West strives to promote a safe and nurturing environment where children can come to have fun and develop an awareness and respect for self, community, the world in which they live and God.

We do this through providing a competent, dynamic, enthusiastic staff and a diverse, exciting, and challenging program in a setting where children experience the natural environment of Sylvan Lake. It is our hope that children will leave with memories of the special time they had at camp.

Camp Kasota is situated on 42 acres on the south shore of SylvanLake. Our facilities include a large dining hall where our meals are served, a wash house with showers, sinks and toilets. We also have a number of indoor program areas for those rainy days or just to get out of the sun. Our staff consists of a CampManager, Program Coordinator, Counselors, Lifeguards, Canoe/Kayak Instructors, and a Healthcare Provider.
