About this service
Assists individuals to live independently in the community, promote recovery, and minimize hospitalization.
A range of supports are provided to persons living with severe and persistent mental illness while they are living in the community and whenever possible, while they are an inpatient. Services are individualized, focused on recovery, and based on the principles of Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) to assist with various areas of community living.
