About this service
The Family Support program provides a variety of services to children, youth, and families involved with Childrens Services. These services can include:
- In-home support
- Supervised visits
- Youth work
- Drive services
- Drop-in assessments
The Family Support program also provides occasional short term or one-time respite for our above-mentioned services. The program focuses on strength and evidence-based practices aimed at supporting families involved with Childrens Services. Family Support program staff come from a wide variety of professional backgrounds, with years of experience, offering clients caring, quality support and assistance. This program provides services in Grande Prairie, Beaverlodge, Valleyview, Grande Cache and the Central Peace region.
