About this organization

COVID-19 UPDATE: First and foremost, The Mustard Seed will continue to provide essential services such as food and shelter, hygiene supplies and sanitation items to hundreds of people in need. We are taking precautionary measures to protect both our community and the public at large. We have cancelled public fundraising events and large gatherings such as group tours and school group visits (i.e. SEEDschool) to adhere to recommendations from Alberta Health Services. We are offering non-essential services such as employment coaching, advocacy, and counselling via phone and Skype and limiting visitors to our buildings.

Working with Alberta Health Services and other government agencies to proactively plan our next steps

Hope Street addresses poverty by supplying resources towards basic human needs of the homeless, working poor and disadvantaged population of Medicine Hat.
