About this organization

Mayerthorpe Pentecostal Assembly was established in Mayerthorpe in the fall of 1960. It was the only evangelical church in the area at the time. The church building was buit in 1981 by Pastor Brian Rutten. It continues to serve the congregation well. The church is part of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada - Alberta and Northwest Territories District. In the fall of 2018 we did some rebranding, and have changed the name of the church to Crossroads Community Church, to better reflect who we are. We are not just a church for the people of Mayerthorpe, but also for the surrounding area as well. We invite all those who are seeking a relationship with God to come and join us, as well as those followers of Christ who do not regularly attend a church.
