About this service
COVID-19 UPDATE: Until further notice the YWCA is closed to all non- essential services. Connect with crisis services via phone 1-866-296-0447. YWCA Outreach will be able to provide support via phone and video conference.
Outreach provides follow-up, referrals, counselling, advocacy and support services for anyone - women, men and children - experiencing family violence. Whether they're women staying in Harbour House, our women's emergency shelter, or members of the community at large, YWCA Outreach Counselors provide confidential access to crisis management, stabilization support, safety planning, help navigating the legal system or information about other resources that are available.
YWCA Outreach services are free of charge.
