About this service
A 24 Hour Phone Support for Individuals Experiencing a Crisis. Sometimes you just need to talk to someone. Someone who wont criticize, complain, argue, and tell you what to do or what not to do! That someone could be the people of the Distress Line of Southwestern Alberta.
The trained staff of the Distress Line, operated by the Canadian Mental Health Association, will listen, and if you like to know what services or options are available to you, they can refer you to the right agency.
