About this service
Eligible individuals can access help with their lawn care and/or snow removal. Individuals can phone to obtain an assessment for the work needing to be done. LSCO will coordinate with a contractor and obtain a price for these services. Individuals need to be receiving Guaranteed Income Supplement to access this service and qualify for a reduced rate.
LSCO aims to assist community members gain access to lawn and/or snow removal contractors who are affordable and demonstrate integrity. Community members can contact LSCO to obtain an assessment for the work needing to be done. Once an assessment has occurred, LSCO will coordinate with the contractor, obtain a price and schedule services on your behalf. In order to qualify for access to this program at a reduced rate, individuals must be receiving the Guaranteed Income Supplement. Verification from the previous years income tax will be requested for verification.
