About this service
HOME is a collaborative team of professionals who assist those at risk or those with lived experiences of hoarding. HOME also takes referrals for individuals living in squalor situations due to health and/or mental health concerns.
A case manager works directly with these individuals in an effort to assist with the maintenance of safe, secure and healthy living environments and to prevent isolated individuals from becoming homeless due to housing concerns with hoarding.
The team has access to Mental Health and Psychiatric supports, seniors supports, cleaning and organizing supports, housing supports and works directly with Lethbridge Fire and EMS, LPS, City of Lethbridge Regulatory and Bylaw Services and Environmental Public Health.
