Our Counselling, Outreach and Education Department embodies a philosophy which is strength-based, goal-focused, process oriented, and trauma informed. Through our dedication to evidence based practice and our shared passion for supporting those in need, our team fosters a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for individuals of all walks of life to explore and discover their possibilities for growth and change.
Counselling Services are subsidized, please call Counselling Intake to discuss your financial situation. We offer a variety of services which include: individual, couples and family counselling, group counselling, educational presentations, training/workshops, personal growth groups and individual education.
