About this service
What is Catalyst?
Catalyst is a social innovative project to address the issue of unemployment and underemployment for marginalized groups. At Catalyst we know the community, both employers as well as underemployed individuals, are the benefactors of our service.
At Catalyst our tagline reads no two employment paths the same. Although we do not lay out the trajectory of our services in advance, our primary objectives are threefold:
-increase the confidence of job explorers by focusing on strengths rather than deficits
-provide diversity and inclusion consulting, specializing in recruitment to employers who are interested to explore the business value in diversifying their workforces
-facilitate employer/ employee matches based on business needs and employee skills
