About this organization
Parkinson Association of Alberta offers direct and tele-, comprehensive support and educational services throughout the province of Alberta to those affected by Parkinson disease (PD).
We organize support groups for both people living with PD and their care partners, helping them to cope with the challenges they face. We offer supportive counselling and a variety of programming and educational opportunities specially designed to help people live well with PD. Our mission at Parkinson Association of Alberta is the voice of Albertan's and their families living with Parkinson disease. Our purpose is to ease the burden through advocacy, education, client services and find a cure through research.

Anyone affected by Parkinson's or Parkinsons plus, family, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
