Ability Employment is located in downtown Lethbridge and offers employment support services to Albertans eligible for services funded through Alberta Community & Social Services - Disability Services - PDD or Alberta Health - Mental Health & Addictions. Services support people with a self-declared disability, developmental disabilities or chronic mental health conditions who want support to prepare for, find, and maintain successful employment. Ability Employment is a service division of the Ability Resource Association which is a not for profit registered charity.
