About this organization

We are a unit of the Lac La Biche RCMP, and work with them to provide support and referrals to victims of crime and tragedy in our culturally-diverse community. By providing these supports in a quick and timely manner, we hope to limit the impact of tragedy on the individuals affected.

Our program assists the residents of and visitors to Lac La Biche County, Rich Lake, Plamondon, Hylo, Beaver Lake Cree Nation, Heart Lake First Nation and Kikino Metis Settlement.

Our staff can provide members of these communities with general information and referrals to agencies with whom we partner. We can also provide our clients with information specific to each individual's circumstances.

Lac La Biche Victim Services has been serving the area since 1993 and look forward to many more years of serving the area.
