About this organization

Hythe Pioneer Homes are operated by the Hythe and District Homes Advisory Committee, under the Unique Homes of Alberta program. We are a non-profit organization with a long history of providing housing and promoting independence, dignity and quality of life for seniors and the disabled.

HDPH offers quality living that provides social and recreational activities, access to counseling and home care services, emotional support and security which are supportive of independent living which enhances human dignity and strengthens social and community ties.

We offer a range of service options that enable the resident to make choices in customizing their accommodation and care needs including a 86 room lodge for assisted living, with an in-house pharmacist and medical clinic; 32 seniors apartments for independent seniors as well as two affordable 4-plex housing units for low income families.
