About this service
The preteen years can be very difficult for some youth as they learn to navigate friendships, school and new stress in their lives. This program consists of one- or two-day workshops throughout the school year with several weekly follow ups. These workshops are a great chance to make some new friends and see that other youth sometimes struggle with big and small issues. The goal of this program is to provide youth in grades 4 to 6 with tools and ideas to deal with their concerns in healthy ways. This program is a wonderful resource for youth who may be struggling with friends, emotions, family concerns etc. It is also a great opportunity to prepare youth who are not currently struggling with tools and ideas for the future. All workshops are free and a lot of fun for everyone.
