About this service

Phase I - Duplexes encompassed the construction of five duplexes by GPRS in Grande Prairie's Crystal Ridge area in 1987. These were the first wheelchair-accessible units north of Edmonton. Offering six 2-bedroom and four 3-bedroom units, these duplexes are fitted with automatic back outside doors, wheelchair-friendly hallways, doorways, and kitchens. The kitchens have features like countertop stoves and wall ovens. Moreover, each bathroom has a wheel-in shower and a standard tub with grab bars. Each unit also comes with its own washer and dryer.
