About this service
The basis of the Nova Support Home is to equip youth with the necessary tools for them to transition back to family or independent living. Programming is highly individualized, allowing for the best possible opportunities for each youth. Nova Support Home strives to establish and maintain a routine and structure that assists the youth in the management of their day-to-day activities. Youth are encouraged to attend a schooling program that best suits their needs, as well as in-house and out-of-home programming. The Nova Support Home may be accessed by referral by Children Services for Family Supports for Children with Disabilities (FSCD).
