About this service

Margaret Edgson Manor, established in 2005, provides affordable and accessible housing in Grande Prairie, with special attention to the needs of people with disabilities. It comprises 70 units, including 16 wheelchair-accessible units and 54 regular suites, all of which have two bedrooms. Named after the disability rights advocate, Margaret Edgson, this self-sustaining project received significant contributions from her estate and operates without government aid. The design was completed by Charles Breunig.
