About this service
The Grande Prairie Primary Care Network (PCN) is a healthcare organization established in 2010 in order to improve primary healthcare services in collaboration with local physicians. The network has since delivered various resources such as improving communication, coordinating services, and improving medical practices to cater to the community's needs. The network also launched an After-Hours Clinic in 2014 for non-emergency, urgent medical care and those without a family doctor, and the Persistent Pain Program for chronic pain management for the region north of Edmonton. The contact services are active during regular business hours from Monday to Friday.
