Charter Services offered by the City of Grande Prairie provide a transportation solution for special events. The charter buses can accommodate 37 seated and an additional 15 standing passengers. A minimum two-hour charge applies to all charter services. The full cost, including travel time to and from the transit garage, must be covered by the applicants. Changes or cancellations should be communicated at least 24 hours before the event. Short-notice changes will be accommodated when possible. A two-hour minimum charge applies to cancellations within 24 hours of the event.
