About this organization
The Northwest FASD Society assists with the development, enhancement, and coordination of FASD services and supports in the Northwest region of Alberta. This FASD Society operates a Mobile Diagnostic Clinic within the NW region. Partnering agencies provide services to families and individuals suspected or diagnosed with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder. Education and training on FASD are available from a FASD Prevention Facilitator. Please contact us for free presentations, referrals to services, or diagnostic assessments. Service Area: The Northwest Peace FASD Service Network area includes the four major service communities of Peace River, High Prairie, Grande Prairie, and Grande Cache. The network boundaries reach north to Manning, east to Kinuso, south to Fox Creek and Grande Cache, and west to the border of British Columbia.
