Art Program

The Art Gallery of Grande Prairie offers a 1.5-hour art program suitable for groups, such as schools or community organizations. The program includes guided or self-guided tours of current and upcoming exhibitions, as well as a take-home art project that's free of charge. Furthermore, visitors are invited to participate in an extraordinary art-making experience through an art retreat, arranged in collaboration with the gallery's curator of learning. The gallery also offers a virtual tour of exhibitions, accompanied by a free art activity kit. For logistical arrangements, interested parties should contact the gallery two to four weeks before the visit. The gallery also urges organizations planning to visit with a group of nine or more people to get in touch well in advance.
