About this service
CONSULTING We have seen the stress that families go through during changes in health. We will provide support to help navigate through the ever-changing "system" and connect you with the available community resources. This can be an hour-long phone call or tailored to your ongoing needs. ADVOCACY We understand the overwhelming nature and abundance of information that can be provided at appointments. We will provide support to you during your medical appointments, hospital visits, or meetings in order to help with conveying and documenting the information being provided at these meetings (understanding the lingo). We will write out a report summarizing the appointment to be given to you and/or your consented person of support named in the agreement. While we do not offer transportation solely, we can help with transportation when in conjunction with advocacy appointments and services!
