The Smiles from Spencer Foundation is a Registered Canadian Charity started in memory of the founder's son Spencer. Spencer fought a hard 13 month battle with brain cancer. He always found a way to smile and loved making other people smile as well. We started this foundation to carry on his legacy, making other kids Smile! No matter what life presents to you, keep smiling and make every day count!!
