About this service
Many Veterans have indicated that Remembrance Day resonates with them as an event for the public to show their respects. Remembrance Day can be a difficult reminder to some. To respect our Veterans, we choose to say "Thank You" by offering a Veterans Dinner separate from any Remembrance Ceremonies. Quilt of Valour presentations, provided by Quilts of Valour Canada, is a hug from a grateful nation and a tribute to an injured Canadian Armed Forces member, past or present.
Who can use it?
Veterans and their families. Proof of military service or affiliation required.
