About this service
The online support group for individuals experiencing eating disorders or disordered eating is an initiative meant for people aged 18 and above, regardless of diagnosis. The group offers a recovery-focused environment where participants can discuss anxiety around food, eating, and body image with registered dietitians Kalin Herbach and Allison Easton. The support group, which runs for 8 weeks, meets online via Zoom every Monday from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm MST. Participation costs $80, but fees can be reduced or waived entirely for those with financial barriers. The facilitators help individuals in their journey of eating disorder recovery, using compassion, respect, and practical approaches.
