Our interdisciplinary team provides a full range of services and programs to meet individual needs, promote independence and support health and well-being. Although many people call St. Joseph's home, others may have the opportunity to improve their overall health and return to community living.
Individuals join our long-term care program once an AHS Case Manager completes a health needs assessment and has determined that St. Joseph's Auxiliary hospital can provide the appropriate care for the person.
