About this service
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the temporary closure of many of the Inner City outreach programs, Sacred Heart began handing out bagged lunches to the less fortunate who come to our front door. Our program has grown a lot and now we hand out bagged lunches from Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Much of what we hand out we receive as donations from various groups and indidivuals and we are very grateful for their support. Anyone interested in volunteering with this outreach program is invited to visit the Parish Office to see and discuss the gifts and talents they may bring to this ministry.
