About this service
Inclusive and accessible supports that are tailored to the needs of individuals, groups, and communities. Through working collaboratively with service providers in the community to identify what the needs and barriers are, this program supports populations who experience additional barriers to accessing support services for sexual violence, such as complex needs related to systemic oppression, racism and/or marginalization.
- Short-term counselling and crisis intervention for adults and youth ages 16+
- Emergency appointments, as needed for crisis intervention and safety
- Phone or in-person consultation with service providers
- Scheduled weekly provision of supports at community agencies where there is an identified need due to barriers to accessing SACE
- Case consultation and collaborations with other SACE programs and inclusion committees to support improved experiences for people holding intersectional identities that experience marginalization

Newcomer, immigrant, refugee, LGBTQ2S+, Indigenous & intersecting youth 16+ at high risk populations
