About this service
The Support Home Program offers flexible services to individuals with disabilities based on their interests, dreams, and desires.
In a home based environment, the program provides individualized support offered by a family or a supportive roommate.
Our support concept is based on assisting individuals to experience living to the fullest, to support them to achieve their personal goals and to help them become as independent as possible.
Community involvement, family participation and the development of a natural support network are all objectives of this program.
