Client Centered Planning (CCP)
Mariams Footsteps Inc. collectively designs a customized treatment plan for every client served in both the residential program and longer-term Family Support programs. In conjunction with the client, the guardian, and/or other persons (e.g. Aboriginal/Cultural resource person, etc.), a Client Centered Plan (CCP) is formalized through discussion and review of referring issues, concurrent planning and the needs of the individual or family.
Specific Program Planning (SPP)
Applicable to shorter term programs including Drive, Assisted Visitation and emergent Family Support, Mariams Footsteps Inc. utilizes Specific Program Plans (SPP) to address standard referral issues. This is in alignment with accreditation standards and allows for standardized goals while being specific to the client needs and referring issues. The strategies developed to achieve standard goals are client specific.
