About this service
Rapid Exit is Hope Missions Housing First program. It aims to house and support chronically homeless individuals by helping them find and manage their own homes.
Rapid Exit works on a scattered site model; people are housed throughout the city and supported by follow-up workers who help connect them with further support and resources in their communities. In this program, the client takes the lead in their own recovery and is given freedom to choose which goals and services to pursue. To date, the Rapid Exit program has housed 150 clients.
