About this service
Offers individualized assessments, group therapies and help assistance with recovery for older adults with mental health concerns.
This service offers holistic, individualized psychosocial and cognitive assessment, individualized pharmacotherapy and group therapies for mental health issues. Following assessment, people attend this program 2 days a week for up to 20 weeks.
Monday: Assessment day
Tuesday and Thursday - Stream 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM (patients attend)
Wednesday and Friday - Stream 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM (patients attend)
