About this service
Home Support/Home Care is ideal for individuals interested in staying in their homes. Our goal is to help people continue enjoying the comfort of their own home while they are provided with professional care support. Support may come in a variety of ways which includes house maintenance duties, medication reminders or accompaniment to appointments/meetings. Home Support can be designed and coordinated to meet individual and family needs.
There are several types of home support Excel Society offers; we provide options in Care Coordination, Personal Care, Home Support, Companionship and Nursing.
Individuals suitable for this service include:
- Individual senior living on their own or family member needing more care than they can provide
- Someone returning from hospital requiring extra support
- OR Caregivers needing little extra help
