About this service
COVID-19 Update: If you are in need of food during this time, please call our Client Services team at 780-425-4190.
Phone lines are open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. We will set you up to access a food hamper and try our best to help you connect with other relevant services. Your call will be answered by a Client Services worker who will ask for some information so we an best serve you. For example, "What is your address?" will help us locate your nearest depot. Your information is kept confidential. You will be asked to provide identification (eg. health care card) for yourself and each person in your household.
A food hamper is only one mechanism to deal with food security. If you are experiencing issues beyond food, our Client Services worker may be able to refer you to other support services to help.
