About this service
Our rehab team includes a physiotherapist, occupational therapist and rehabilitation aides. The rehabilitation team provides client centered therapy based on the residents care plan and in collaboration with other members of the interdisciplinary team, the resident and family.
The rehabilitation team develops strong relationships with the resident, family and companions through effective communication in the resident's preferred language and with positive re-inforcement.
