About this service
We have 80 continuing care beds for residents who require 24 hour nursing and personal care including assistance in dressing, toileting, transfers, eating, bathing and medications.
Resident's care plan is developed in partnership with the resident, the family and all members of the care team to ensure that the plan addresses the specific needs of the resident.
Residents are provided with nutritionally balanced meals and snacks, rehabilitation and recreational programs. Nursing staff are available 24/7. Medical needs are provided through our registered nurses and attending physicians.
