About this service
Caregiver Connections is a free drop-in support group to help parents, partners, and caregivers learn new skills, gain support, and cope with the unique challenges of supporting someone with a mental health concern and/or addiction. Groups are co-facilitated by a trained peer who has experience caring for someone with mental illness, and a CMHA staff member.
Address topics such as: managing stress, preventing burnout, family dynamics, communication skills, promoting recovery, and navigating
supports and services.
