About this service
Responsive information support to meet the needs and time constraints of busy caseworkers through teleconference, video conference, in-person case conferencing, and email consultation services as needed.
Educational in-services are available on psychotropic medications, in-person and video conference, to CS district offices and foster support agencies upon request.
The program is available to CS staff and caregivers throughout Edmonton, the surrounding communities, and Northern Alberta. All children and youth in the care of, or receiving services from Childrens Services are eligible.
Referral Form
For prescribed psychotropic medications that are in the process of government mandated consent approvals, please download and complete the referral form available here.
To respect both FOIP and HIA, please email completed consult referral request forms and any additional case collateral (e.g. psychoeducational assessments, discharge summaries, prescriptions) to us at: pharmnurse@casaservices.org
