About this service
HAART House (Highly Active Anti - Retroviral Therapy House) endeavors to improve antiretroviral medication compliance amongst inner city residents living with HIV / Hepatitis C who are also facing issues such as poverty, homelessness, mental health, and addiction. HAART House provides a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental environment where HIV/Hepatitis C patients can receive their medications, nutritious meals, and engage in friendly conversation and social activities with HAART House staff and volunteers. The staff monitors patient adherence, tolerability, and efficacy of drugs that treat HIV/Hepatitis C. We also ensures clients attend follow-up medical/laboratory appointments.
