About this service
This program focuses on womens health and will teach you the skills you need to live a healthy life. We will talk about what foods to eat to nourish our bodies, how to live with certain health conditions and teach you exercises known to release trauma. This is also a safe space to talk about mental health, long term health, and answer any questions you might have about health in general.
