About this organization

The Bridges program is offered in partnership with Edmonton Area Child and Family Services (Child Intervention/Child Protection Services). It focuses on the partnership of Unlimited Potential and Child & Family Services working collaboratively with children, youth, and families to ensure safety, wellbeing, and helping build individual support networks in their own communities. The program also helps transition older youth in care to independence. Our areas of service are West Central, St Albert and Spruce Grove and the surrounding areas.
