We serve the vulnerable population effected by poverty, hunger & homelessness. We provide a warm, safe & welcoming community environment building relationships & discover the needs, hopes & dreams of people who come seeking help. We use a client-centered, strength-based approach and encourage community members to set goals to achieve healthy lives connecting them with available resources and advocate for them to gain needed supports, including accessing housing & housing retention.
