About this organization
We help the 55+ and senior community to be involved in the community through access to programs, outreach, events, services, and resources. We strive to provide an inclusive approach and involve multi-cultural activities and services with the goal of healthy aging. Our focus is on wellness for the whole being, and includes arts, culture, meditation, nutrition, cultural expression, volunteer opportunities in the centre and in the community, as well as educational opportunities via out community health partnerships.
